Some of the trail was soggy...
8/03/13 Hike across a couple of 6,000' peaks along the Black Mountain Crest then down Big Tom Gap to the Buncombe Horse Range Trail, then up the Mount Mitchell Trail.
Some of the trail was soggy...7/28/13 Parked off the BRP at Green Knob and hiked up to the Fire Tower then down Lost Cove Ridge to the South Toe River at the Black Mountain Campground. Great place to cool the dogs out in the creek before I turned around and climbed back up to the parkway.
