A Christmas Day Hike in the Snow with Layla, Gaston, and Felix. Back on the Blue Blaze Trail.
The girls woke Clare Ann and me up at 5:30 to pen Christmas presents. Noel was back asleep by 7:30 but I was ready to get on the move. I called Gaston and Layla after a nice blanket of snow had laid down on the ground to see if they wanted to get out. We met up an hour later at the Blue Blaze Trail head.
Felix was wiped out.
