5/5/13 Watagua River Dawn Patrol with Mike Huggins

Mike was ok with meeting early and getting a few runs in before everything got too big. It had rained most of the night and all morning during my drive up to the high country and during our runs. The level was still good to go but raised about 3 or 4 inches between the first and second run. I think the level peaked at some insane level like around 9,000 cfs the next day.

Notice how much more water is going over the rock above Huggy this run vs. the pic from the first run!
Checked Wilson Creek on my way home but passed. It was on the way to getting really big.
