Day 2 Morning Hike to Morning Glory Arch

5/18/17 We got out of the RV park pretty early and drove a short distance up hwy 128 to the Negro Bill Canyon Trailhead. Hwy 128 runs alongside the Colorado River and is a very scenic drive.

 The hike turned out to be a 5.1 mile "out and back".

 Some amazing topography.

 Morning Glory Arch. The 6th largest natural bridge span in the U.S.

 That is one big natural bridge span

 The Colorado River just off the incredibly scenic Hwy 128.

 These last pictures were taken on our way to Fisher Towers Road, the site of our afternoon hike and the subject of my next blog post.
