Good Training Ride

Sorry no pics today. I took Frankenstein (Giant NRS3 set up with lights, flashers, and semi slicks pumped up to 55-60 p.s.i. for road riding) out for a trial ride to the turn off into my work place. It was only about 4 miles from my door to work and took me 20 minutes. I decided to carry on and ended up riding 21.2 miles in about 1 hour and 38 minutes with one short stop to leave Gaston & Layla a note since they were not home. I must admit I couldnt help myself and had to ride about 4 miles of double track DIRT road. Thanks Gaston for turning me onto that little gem in the middle of the pavement jungle.
On my RPE "rating of perceived exertion" I would classify the overall ride as 2.25
2 is Light and 3 is Moderate.
